A note on how we're different
In private tutoring, diagnostic teaching is the most effective way we know to bring learning to a whole new level. This means the student guides the instruction, rather than the other way around. Lesson plans are specially designed with each student's strengths, personality, progress, learning style and academic needs in mind. Each student is assessed and placed in a program based on his/her individual needs and learning style.
For classes, we use a similar method. There will be a set lesson plan and guide for the class, but it is subject to change based on the skill levels and needs of those enrolled in the class. This is a unique and money saving way to take classes. We won't teach what you already know, if we can help it. That's why questions are a must and very welcome.
Locations
Lessons or classes can take place in your home, the teacher's home or a neutral location. This is an affordable, convenient option to receive instruction - either for yourself or your child.
